This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Executive Operation at HTNexuz. Candidate will oversee Human Recourse Operation, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job duties and Responsibility:
• Facilitate and Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address grievances professionally.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Administer employee benefits programs that enhance employee well-being and retention & conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
• Monitor HR trends and provide innovative solutions to support company growth.

Requirement:
• Master / Graduate in HR, Business, Digital, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resource, preferred experience in such as BPO, IT, Digital Business.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software tools.
