We are looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for designing high-quality visuals for both digital and print media, collaborating closely with marketing and design teams to bring our brand vision to life.
Job duties and Responsibility:
• Conduct user research and internal resources to establish powerful design requirements.
• Categorize opportunities for improvement to enhance existing products and unlock their hidden potential.
• Lead your design team by promoting seamless communication and collaboration, driving innovation and success.
• Adapt existing designs to keep pace with ever-evolving customer preferences.
• Bridge the gap between design and development. Partner with engineers to streamline products and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent branding across all channels.
• Interact with online communities, address customer inquiries, and foster brand loyalty through meaningful engagement.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators and analyze data to provide actionable insights for optimization.
Requirement:
• Graduate in SC, Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven 3+ years of experience in a professional graphic designer or relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of modern UI/UX principle and tools.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good problem-solving skills and a critical thinker.
• Ability to take feedback and incorporate it into future designs.
