✅ Salary Range: Rs65,000.00 – Rs95,000.00 per month
HT Nexuz is an innovative company seeking a skilled Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing development schedules, ensuring effective communication among development teams, and coordinating software development activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to deadlines.
Job duties and Responsibility:
• Oversee daily coordination of software development projects, including planning, tracking progress, and meeting milestones.
• Work with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Track and report on project status, risks, and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Serve as a liaison between development, QA, design, and product management to ensure project goal alignment.
• Facilitate team meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and suggest improvements in software development processes to increase team efficiency and productivity.
• Promote the adoption of Agile methodologies or assist in streamlining development workflows.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, timelines, and meeting notes.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor resource allocation and ensure the team has tools and support for efficient task execution.
• Help resolve any bottlenecks in the development process to maintain smooth workflows.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software / project coordination, with an understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies (e.g., front-end, back-end, full-stack development).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects within deadlines, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Familiar with project management methodologies, modern development tools, and version control systems.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
